Naushad is an experienced educator and advisor with a background in economics, political economy, and Western intellectual history. He has taught at La Trobe University and delivered courses in Australia, Jordan, and Turkey. His expertise extends to education policy and curriculum design, having advised both local and international governments on these matters.

Previously, Naushad served as the Head of English Language at ISAR (Istanbul Research and Education Foundation) and played a key role in establishing the Institute for Regenerative Livelihoods, an initiative focused on reviving Islamic communities through traditional mu‘amalah and social permaculture.

He is a graduate of La Trobe University’s Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) program, the first of its kind in Australia, and was awarded the Dean’s Commendation for his academic excellence.
