Mufti Saeed Bulhan was born in Egypt and raised in Melbourne. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at The University of Melbourne before dedicating over a decade to the study of the sacred Islamic sciences. Under the guidance of esteemed scholars from around the world, he received several Ijazaat (licenses to teach) in Qur’an recitation, Jurisprudence, Theology, and Hadith.

He pursued advanced Islamic studies at Madrasah Inaamiyah in South Africa, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Alim Fazil Course) and specializing in both Fiqh and Ifta, as well as Hadith. His training included a year of specialization in Fiqh and Ifta at Madrasah Inaamiyah Camperdown.

Mufti Saeed has extensive teaching experience in classical Islamic jurisprudence, having taught Nurul Idah, Qudoori, Usul Shashi, Nurul Anwar, and all four volumes of Hidayah.
