A Structured Journey Through Each Term
Our curriculum is designed to guide students through a clear and purposeful progression of core Islamic sciences and supportive subjects each term. From ʿAqīdah and Sīrah, to Fiqh, Qurʾānic Studies and beyond, each subject is thoughtfully structured to build both foundational knowledge and practical understanding.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of Year 1, students will:
- Develop a foundational understanding of core Islamic beliefs, including the nature of The Creator, human purpose, the unseen world, and the framework of revelation and prophethood.
- Build essential literacy in Qur’anic and Hadith sciences, learning how to approach sacred texts with reverence, critical awareness, and meaningful engagement.
- Gain grounding in Islamic legal tradition, including the principles and practices of worship, purification, and the ethical vision of Shari‘ah in both theory and daily life.
- Cultivate spiritual self-awareness and character refinement, through the study of the soul, prophetic traditions, and the pursuit of virtues in light of classical and contemporary insights.
- Engage with Islamic history, society, and thought, exploring early caliphate leadership, classical institutions, and the evolution of ideas that shaped the modern world.
- Demonstrate applied learning through electives in chaplaincy, khutbah delivery, and da‘wah, developing skills for effective community service and outreach.
