His research focuses on the epistemological problem of philosophical skepticism. In his thesis, he develops a novel argument against external-world skepticism by examining its connection to a lesser-known form of skepticism known as <em data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"364\">a priori<\/em> skepticism.<\/p><p data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"743\">Beyond epistemology, his academic interests extend to the philosophy of religion and aspects of the philosophy of science, including the problem of induction.
